Regarding information security, ZuTaoHub keeps customer information strictly confidential, including company or team information, technical drawings, research content, and any other information or materials submitted for request review and China-side sourcing communication.

Information we may receive

  • Contact details such as name, work email, company, team, lab, or project context.
  • RFQ messages, product descriptions, quantities, target specifications, and application notes.
  • BOM files, product photos, drawings, PDFs, STEP/STL files, ZIP packages, or reference materials.
  • Robot data collection equipment request details, such as robot type, application scenario, equipment name, sensor or camera requirements, interface requirements, mounting requirements, sample quantity, required timing, and related technical materials when available.

How the information is used

Submitted information is used to review the customer’s request, clarify missing details, and coordinate relevant China-side supplier or equipment sourcing communication.

ZuTaoHub uses the information to understand what needs to be quoted, checked, sampled, delivered, or clarified before the customer makes the next decision.

Customer files are not used as public case studies, website examples, marketing screenshots, or public portfolio materials unless the customer gives clear permission.
File access

Limited access

Customer RFQ files and request details should only be accessible to authorized people who need them for request review, supplier communication, sample follow-up, or order follow-up.

Private storage

When file upload is enabled, uploaded files should be stored in a private storage area rather than exposed as public website assets.

Email handling

If customers send files directly by email, those materials are treated as project communication records and are used only for request review and follow-up.

What is not done

  • Customer drawings, BOM files, and equipment request details are not published on the website.
  • Customer project files are not presented as fake customer cases.
  • Customer contact details are not sold as marketing lists.
  • Customer request materials are not reused as public examples without permission.

Update or deletion requests

Customers may contact ZuTaoHub to correct, update, or request deletion of submitted contact information or project materials, subject to practical business, legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution record needs.
